1. Subscription Services

Know My Stack operates as a subscription-based software platform.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to recurring billing unless cancelled before your next billing date.

2. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered:

  • Payment details may be required before the trial begins
  • The subscription may automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand
  • It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you do not wish to continue

Charges made after a free trial converts into a paid subscription remain subject to the refund terms outlined below.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

All purchases are covered by a strict 14-day refund window from the original charge date.

You may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of purchase.

After 14 days from the original payment date, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This policy applies to all subscription plans, onboarding fees, setup services, promotional offers, discounted plans, and beta access.

4. No Refunds After 14 Days

Once the 14-day refund window has passed, all payments become fully non-refundable with no exceptions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused subscription time
  • Failure to cancel before renewal
  • Change of mind
  • Dissatisfaction with features or integrations
  • AI-generated outputs not meeting expectations
  • Temporary downtime or maintenance
  • Beta feature limitations or bugs
  • Reduced usage of the platform
  • Business performance outcomes or results

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Once cancelled:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle
  • You will not be charged again unless you reactivate the service
  • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued outside the 14-day refund window

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe a charge was made incorrectly, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or permanent restriction of platform access.

7. Promotional, Early Access and Beta Plans

Promotional pricing, discounted plans, beta access, and early-access features may change or be removed without notice.

All such purchases remain subject to the same strict 14-day refund window.

8. Processing Approved Refunds

Where a refund request is submitted within the 14-day refund period and approved:

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible
  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
  • Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
